Returns policy

We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our returns policy carefully which includes the conditions of your subscription package and ordering gifts for your special persons.

1. Returns Eligibility: We only accept returns for damaged or defective items. We do not allow returns for a change of mind or if your special person does not like the gift. We use our best efforts to choose gifts with wide appeal and based on the information you provide us with for your special person and their interests.  If you have subscribed for the Basic plan then you will not be able to choose the gift and you authorise us to choose that gift on your behalf within your nominated budget. If you have subscribed for the Deluxe plan then you will be given three options to choose from suggested by us - if you do not choose within the time period we allot then you authorise us to choose for you so the gift can be posted on time.  

2. Damaged or Defective Items: If your special person received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. To initiate the return process, please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective product, along with name and a detailed description of the issue. 

3. Postal Insurance: It is highly recommended that you purchase postal insurance for your order. If your item is damaged during transit, and you have purchased postal insurance, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item, and provide your name and photos of the damaged item. We do not guarantee we will always be in a position to buy postal insurance when we arrange for postage.

6. Replacement or Refund: Upon approval of your return to us, we will process either a replacement or a refund, based on the nature of the issue and the availability of the product. The decision will be at our discretion .

7. Return Shipping: If a return is authorised, we will provide you with instructions on where to ship the item. The cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items will be covered by us where we accept liability.

8. Timeframe for Returns: Please initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns received after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
